Privacy Policy

In force from August 2026. Changes are dated on this page.

1. The dividing line first

This policy covers the website superonni.biz only. It does not cover a gambling account. Once you move to the operator's service, your personal data is processed by the operator under its own policy and its own responsibility: name, date of birth, address, verification documents and payment details are given there, not here. This site cannot see an account or its transactions, so it cannot disclose, correct or delete them.

2. What this site does not collect

3. What is processed

Three groups. The first is technical log data generated automatically by every web request: IP address, timestamp, requested address, browser type and referring page. It is needed for operation, security and abuse prevention. The second is usage statistics: which pages are opened, where readers arrive from and on what kind of device. The third is the content of an email you choose to send, in which case what is processed is what you wrote.

4. Legal bases

5. Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working and are always set. Statistics and referral cookies are set only with your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time by clearing cookies in the browser, and the browser can also be set to block them entirely. Referral tracking does not identify you as a person; it records that a click-through came from this site. The commercial model behind it is described on the affiliate disclosure page.

6. Retention

Technical logs are kept for a short period, typically some months, after which they expire automatically. Statistics are retained in aggregated form, from which an individual reader cannot be identified. Email correspondence is kept for as long as handling the matter requires and deleted afterwards. Nothing is retained «just in case» without a purpose.

7. Disclosure and transfers

Data is not sold and not disclosed for marketing purposes. Technical service providers such as hosting and analytics act on instructions under their own terms. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the safeguards permitted by data protection law. Data is disclosed to an authority only where the law requires it.

8. Your rights

You have the right to know whether data concerning you is processed, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Requests go to the domain email address. In practice a request here is a narrow one, because there are no user accounts and nothing is held about you beyond the technical and statistical material described above. If you consider the processing unlawful, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

9. Requests about a gambling account

To see, correct or erase data held on a gambling account, the request goes to the operator rather than to this site. The same applies to stopping marketing messages and to the handling of verification documents. Channels and the structure of a workable request are on the support page, and the escalation route on the complaints page.

10. Security on your own device

This site uses an encrypted connection. Most practical risk, however, sits with the device rather than the service: a screen lock, a unique password in a password manager and two-step login on the gambling account protect more than any website setting. Avoid cashier transactions on public networks. Those recommendations apply to the operator's service, where the credentials and the money actually are.
