How to deposit at Superonni
Funding an account takes a minute; choosing how to fund it deserves rather longer. The rail you pick at the cashier is the same rail your winnings will travel back along, so a decision that feels trivial on the way in decides whether the money comes out in hours or in banking days. This guide covers the euro entry points at Superonni and what each one commits you to. The whole method list sits on the payments page.
Open the Superonni cashierThe sequence, once
- Sign in and open the cashier — deposit and withdraw are two tabs of one panel.
- Pick a method and read the minimum next to it; the figure is per method, not per account.
- Enter the amount in euro and authorise it in your bank, wallet or wallet app.
- Confirm the balance updated and that the transaction shows in the account history at the right value.
Why some rails start at €10 and others at €20
The split is about the cost of processing a single transaction, not about how much the operator wants from you. Cards, Trustly, MobilePay and a direct online-banking payment start at €10. Skrill, Neteller and paysafecard start at €20, because each of those transactions carries a heavier handling cost at the processor. Crypto sits at roughly €20 and, since the threshold is measured in the coin itself, the euro equivalent drifts a little with the exchange rate. The withdrawal minimum is €20 across every rail.
| Method | Minimum | Credit time | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustly | €10 | Instant | None from the operator |
| Bank transfer | €10 | Instant to one banking day | None from the operator |
| MobilePay | €10 | Instant | None from the operator |
| Visa | €10 | Instant | Issuer may apply its own coding |
| Mastercard | €10 | Instant | Issuer may apply its own coding |
| Skrill and Neteller | €20 | Instant | The wallet's own tariff |
| paysafecard | €20 | Instant | None from the operator |
| Crypto | about €20 | After network confirmations | Blockchain network fee |
What a deposit commits you to
Superonni applies the closed-loop rule that every internationally licensed operator applies: a withdrawal returns through the deposit method. Fund with a card and the payout goes back to the card with 1–3 banking days of clearing attached. Fund with Trustly or a direct bank payment and the money returns the same or the next banking day. Fund with a wallet and it clears in a few hours but stops in the wallet, from where moving it onward to a bank account is a separate transaction on the wallet's own terms.
Two rails cannot receive money back at all. A paysafecard voucher has no receiving account, and MobilePay works inbound only. Neither blocks you from withdrawing, but a substitute instrument in your own name has to be added and verified first, and that is far more comfortable to arrange before a win is sitting on the balance than after.
Name matching and third-party payments
The payment instrument has to belong to the account holder. A partner's card, a joint household account or a friend's wallet clears the deposit fine and then fails at the first withdrawal check, at which point the money waits until the mismatch is resolved. One letter is enough. Spending thirty seconds on the spelling of your name at registration is the cheapest insurance in this cluster, and verification itself takes 1–2 business days.
A bonus threshold is not the cashier threshold
Promotions carry their own qualifying amount, almost always above the cashier minimum. A €10 deposit is accepted and credited, and simply arrives without the offer attached if the campaign asks for more. Some methods — e-wallets most often — are excluded from promotions altogether. Because a processed deposit cannot be reversed, the terms are worth reading before the click rather than after; the arithmetic behind the requirement is explained on the wagering page.
If the balance does not move
Check your own bank or wallet history first: money that has already left the account is usually just awaiting confirmation on the operator's side. Keep the transaction reference, the timestamp and the amount — those three items are what a transfer is traced by, and without them it cannot be. Then use the operator's chat, which runs around the clock in English; Finnish-language service is not guaranteed. The recurring causes are a wrong blockchain network, an amount below the minimum, and an issuer that declines gambling merchant codes outright. More routes to help are on the support page, and the payout side is covered under how to withdraw.

Checklist
- Read the minimum beside the method: €10 does not apply to wallets or vouchers.
- Choose the inbound rail by how you want the outbound one to behave.
- Make sure the instrument is in your own name before the first euro moves.
